Deutsche Bank Hires Mike Ginelli as Head of Product Development for Prime Brokerage in the United States

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. today announced that MikeGinelli has joined as a Director and Head of Product Development forPrime Brokerage within the Global Markets division, reporting toThomas Kerns, Managing Director and Global Head of Client Reportingand Product Integration within Global Prime Services. The Bank alsoannounced the hire of Mahesh Kumar as a Director within the ProductDevelopment group, reporting to Ginelli. Both Ginelli and Kumar willbe based in New York.

Ginelli joins Deutsche Bank from Barclays Capital where he was aDirector in the Prime Services division, where he managed a teamresponsible for global product and business development issues. Priorto Barclays, Ginelli was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs.

Kumar joins from UBS, where he was the Director of BusinessDevelopment Initiatives for the Prime Services business. He began hisWall Street career in the Prime Brokerage business at Goldman Sachs.

Ginelli earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science fromAlbright College and a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac UniversitySchool of Law. Kumar earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and aMaster of Business Administration in Finance from New York University.
