Hong Kong, January 21, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that the decision by Itochu Corporation (Baa1, review for downgrade) and Charoen Pokphand Group Company Limited (CPG, unrated) to invest in CITIC Limited's (A3 stable) shares is credit positive for CITIC Limited and CITIC Group Corporation (CITIC Group, A3 stable).
