ON Semiconductor Posts Q4 Profit - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - ON Semiconductor Corp. (ONNN) Thursday reported fourth-quarter profit of $41.9 million or $0.09 per share, compared to a loss of $138.2 million or $0.31 per share in the same period last year.
