NV5 Buys 68West Inc. - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - NV5 Holdings, Inc. (NVEE, NVEEW), a provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions, announced it has acquired 68West Inc., a firm specializing in infrastructure design, entitlements and permitting, with a combination of cash and stock. The company expects the acquisition to to be immediately accretive to its earnings based on its project pipeline and clientele.

NV5 plans to consolidate 68West and the recently acquired firm, Consilium Partners, into one location. Dickerson Wright, chairman and CEO of NV5, said: "The combination of these two firms will allow NV5 to provide turn-key civil planning, design and program management services to our public and private clients."
