    MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 2005--Chase will paint the town black and blue to introduce its new name and logo to Milwaukee on May 9. An artist will create the Chase logo in black and blue tempura paint on a Milwaukee sidewalk as part of the public unveiling of Bank One's new identity in Wisconsin.
    Artist Kristelle M. Ulrich San Fillippo of the Milwaukee Public Theatre will paint the Chase logo in front of the Chase Tower, the bank's Wisconsin headquarters at 111 E. Wisconsin. A spiritual and contemporary artist of the Oneida Tribe of Nations, she will begin painting the logo at 8 a.m. and complete it by 12:30 p.m. In case of rain the artist will do her painting on Tuesday.
    Chase also will say hello in other ways to Milwaukee and other Wisconsin communities around the state May 9.

    Milwaukee:

    9 a.m. - Sign unveiling ceremony led by Jim Popp, president of Chase in Wisconsin, and Joanne Weber, retail market manager, on the sidewalk in front of 111 E. Wisconsin Ave. Employees dressed in blue shirts embroidered with the Chase logo will be there, too.

    10 a.m. - Chase employees invite the Hunger Task Force to pick up jars of peanut butter and jelly donated by employees to feed schoolchildren during the summer.

    Several banking centers plan ribbon-cutting ceremonies:

    Antigo, 10 a.m. - The Chamber of Commerce will join employees and retirees from the Antigo banking center, 700 5th Ave.

    Brookfield, 9 a.m. - Mayor Jeff Speaker and Chamber of Commerce members to join banking center employees at 14900 W. Capitol Dr.

    Butler, 9 a.m. - The Chamber of Commerce will join the staff of the Butler banking center, 12701 W. Hampton Avenue. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the banking center staff will grill and serve hot dogs to customers and visitors.

    Fond du Lac, 10 a.m. - The Association of Commerce will join the staff of the Fond du Lac Main office, 8 S. Main St.

    Germantown, 8:30 a.m. - The Germantown Chamber Ambassadors will join the staff of the Germantown office, W156N11251 Pilgrim Rd. (at Mequon Road). Also, the banking center plans an open house from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 13 and will serve hot dogs and refreshments.

    Waupaca, 10 a.m. - Mayor Brian Smith and the Chamber of Commerce will join the staff of the Waupaca banking center, 201 S. Main. Also, the banking center staff will grill and serve hot dogs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

    West Bend, Noon - The West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce will join the staff of the Paradise banking center, 600 W. Paradise Dr.
