Veröffentlichung gem. § 26 Abs. 1 WpHG

Wellington Management Company LLP, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, hat uns nach § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an unserer Gesellschaft am 01. Januar 2015 die Schwelle von 3 % überschritten hat und zu diesem Tag 3,28 % (1.297.250 Stimmrechte) beträgt. Davon sind ihr 3,28 % (1.297.250 Stimmrechte) nach § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG zuzurechnen.

Wellington Investment Advisors Holdings LLP, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, hat uns nach § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an unserer Gesellschaft am 01. Januar 2015 die Schwelle von 3 % überschritten hat und zu diesem Tag 3,28 % (1.297.250 Stimmrechte) beträgt. Davon sind ihr 3,28 % (1.297.250 Stimmrechte) nach § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG in Verbindung mit Satz 2 WpHG zuzurechnen.

Wellington Group Holdings LLP, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, hat uns nach § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an unserer Gesellschaft am 01. Januar 2015 die Schwelle von 3 % überschritten hat und zu diesem Tag 3,28 % (1.297.250 Stimmrechte) beträgt. Davon sind ihr 3,28 % (1.297.250 Stimmrechte) nach § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG in Verbindung mit Satz 2 WpHG zuzurechnen.

Davon sind ihr gleichzeitig 0,24 % (95.185 Stimmrechte) nach § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen.

Darüber hinaus teilte uns Wellington Management Group LLP, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, mit:

'In that regard, we wish to inform you that Wellington Management Group LLP (Boston, Massachusetts) has already disclosed a position of 3.09 % on 24 October 2014 under its former name Wellington Management Company LLP (Boston, Massachusetts) in Rheinmetall AG. As of 1 January 2015, Wellington Management Company LLP has changed its name to Wellington Management Group LLP and held a position of 1.297.250 voting rights (equaling to 3.28 %) on that date that is attributed for the following attribution reasons: Of the total 1.297.250 voting rights a portion of 499,957 voting rights (equaling to 1,26 % of the total voting rights) is attributed to Wellington Management Group LLP pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG as well as pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.'
