Taking advantage of the strong leasing market in Hamburg

Hamburg, September 3, 2018 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in its asset Heidenkampsweg 99-101 in Hamburg.

The new tenant will lease up approximately 1,600 square metres of office and ancillary space for a 10-year lease-term. The new lease will start on August 1, 2019 and generates an annual rental income of EUR 247,000.

Since the beginning of 2018, alstria signed a total of 3,400 square metres of new leases in the asset representing an annual rent of EUR 507,000.
