Carrier Corporation Acquires Developpement Systemes Group

FARMINGTON, Conn., March 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Carrier Corporation, a unit of United Technologies Corporation , today announced it has acquired the Developpement Systemes Group, known through its brands NEXA and VIVRALIS, a designer and manufacturer of floor heating and cooling solutions in France.

Developpement Systemes is a recognized leader in the design and production of floor heating and cooling solutions using the Carrier Heat Pump technology in France. This acquisition will strengthen Carrier's position in the fast growing Heat Pump segment.
