AutoZone Inc. Q1 adjusted earnings of $0.64 per share

(RTTNews) - AutoZone Inc. (AZO) revealed a profit for its first quarter that advanced from last year.

The company's profit came in at $75 million, or $0.45 per share. This compares with $66 million, or $0.39 per share, in last year's first quarter.

Excluding items, AutoZone Inc. reported adjusted earnings of $107 million or $0.64 per share for the period.

The company's revenue for the quarter rose 3.4% to $4.21 billion from $4.07 billion last year.
