USG Corporation -- Moody's: USG's joint venture with Boral has no immediate impact on corporate family rating
New York, October 17, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service said that USG Corp.'s ("USG") Caa1 Corporate Family Rating and Caa1-PD Probability of Default Rating will not change following the company's recent announcement that it has entered into a 50/50 joint venture with Boral Limited, forming USG Boral Building Products.
