T-Mobile USA, Inc. -- Moody's assigns Ba3 rating to new T-Mobile USA notes
New York, November 02, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") assigned a Ba3 rating to T-Mobile USA, Inc.'s ("T-Mobile" or "the company") proposed offering of Senior Unsecured Notes due 2026. T-Mobile intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisition of additional spectrum.
