SS&C Technologies, Inc. -- Moody's places SS&C's ratings under review for downgrade
New York, February 04, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service placed the ratings of SS&C Technologies, Inc. (SS&C) under review for downgrade following SS&C's announcement that it plans to acquire Advent Software, Inc. for approximately $2.7 billion in cash, including assumption of debt. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2015.
