Springleaf Holdings, Inc. -- Moody's continues to review Springleaf's and OneMain's B2 ratings following equity raise announcement
New York, April 29, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service maintained the review for downgrade of Springleaf Holdings, Inc.'s ("Springleaf") and OneMain Financing Holdings, Inc.'s ("OneMain") B2 corporate family ratings following Springleaf's announcement that it will raise $1 billion through an offering of common shares in connection with its planned acquisition of OneMain.
