Sistema Joint Stock Financial Corporation -- Moody's changes outlook on Sistema JSFC's B1 rating to positive; affirms rating

London, 24 April 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed the outlook to positive from negative on the B1 corporate family rating (CFR) and the B1-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of Sistema Joint Stock Financial Corporation (Sistema). Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed these ratings.
