Pacific Exploration and Production Corp -- Moody's affirms Pacific E&P C ratings on bankruptcy filing
New York, May 13, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) affirmed Pacific Exploration and Production Corp (Pacific E&P)'s C Corporate Family Rating (CFR) and the C ratings on the company's senior unsecured notes. These actions follow Pacific E&P's announcement that it and certain other subsidiaries had voluntarily filed for protection pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) in Canada.
