New York, April 09, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") stated today that the transfer of servicing from JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA (Chase) of 4,138 loans from 12 transactions to Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. ("SPS") will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings on the securities issued by these transactions.
