Moody's/RCA CPPI: Apartment prices lag behind core commercial property
New York, June 17, 2014 -- Core commercial prices have surpassed apartment prices by four percentage points over the last 12 months, with core commercial up 16.4%, and apartments, 12.4%, according to "Moody's/RCA CPPI: Commercial Property Prices Climb to Within 5% of Pre-crisis Peak."
