Moody's: No ratings impact on AmeriCredit Syndicated Warehouse Trust Notes following amendment
New York, May 03, 2016 -- Moody's has reviewed the Second Omnibus Amendment, dated as of May 3, 2016, to the Sale and Servicing Agreement, Indenture, and Note Purchase Agreement, all dated as of May 5, 2014 (the Amendment). The notes issued by AmeriCredit Syndicated Warehouse Trust are backed by a revolving securitized pool of retail auto loan contracts serviced by AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc.
