Moody's: No rating impact on Barclays Dryrock card ABS following amendments
New York, May 16, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the execution on 13 May 2016 of the Omnibus Amendment to Indenture Supplements and the First Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement would not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by Barclays Dryrock Issuance Trust.
