Moody's determines no negative rating impact on Dolphin Master Issuer following reissuance of Class E Note
London, 29 June 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the proposal to redeem the Class E 2013-3 notes, reissue a new Class E 2015-2 notes and make related documentation amendments, will not, in and of itself at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes (the "Notes") issued by Dolphin Master Issuer B.V. ("the Issuer"). The reissuance will not impact the total Class E note balance or any of its coupons. None of the class E notes are rated by Moody's.
