Moody's: Botswana's rating balances large fiscal reserves and low debt against small commodity-dependent economy
London, 13 September 2016 -- Botswana's A2 issuer rating and stable outlook reflect the government's strong balance sheet and low debt burden set against its small economy that is heavily dependent on the diamond industry and public sector, Moody's Investors Service said in a report today.
