Frankfurt am Main, April 27, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to positive from stable the outlook on the Ba2 corporate family rating (CFR) and the Ba2-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of KION Group AG (KION), as well as the Ba2 rating of the senior notes issued by KION Finance S.A. Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed these ratings.
