JBS USA, LLC -- Moody's assigns Ba3 to JBS USA $750MM notes offering
New York, December 04, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") assigned a Ba3 senior unsecured rating to $750 million of 10-year senior unsecured guaranteed notes being offered by JBS USA, LLC ("JBS USA"). The rating is subject to successful completion of the offering and final documentation. The outlook is stable.
