New York, October 10, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has removed the instrument rating that was inadvertently assigned on May 16, 2016 to ITT Inc.'s$500 million unsecured revolving credit facility in connection with the company's reorganization. The reason for this action is to reflect that ITT Inc. did not establish a new revolving credit facility in May 2016. As part of the restructuring, a new revolving credit facility was not established, instead the existing revolving credit facility that was in place with ITT Corporation was assumed by ITT Inc. as the new borrower. Moody's notes that there is no change to the senior unsecured revolving credit facility's Baa3 rating or ITT Inc.'s P-3 short term rating.
