General Motors Company -- Moody's assigns Baa3 to GM's $14.5 billion credit facility; outlook is positive.
New York, May 26, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") assigned a Baa3 rating to the amended and extended $14.5 billion credit facilities of General Motors Company ("GM"). The company's Ba1 senior unsecured rating is unaffected and the rating outlook remains positive.
