GDF SUEZ SA -- Moody's assigns (P)A3 rating to proposed hybrid of GDF SUEZ SA; stable outlook
London, 22 May 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a provisional (P)A3 long-term rating to the proposed issuance of Undated Deeply Subordinated Fixed Rate Resettable Notes (the "Hybrid"), Euro 5 Year Non-Call and Euro 10 Year Non-Call tranches, by GDF SUEZ SA ("GDF SUEZ"); the rating outlook is stable. The size and completion of the Hybrid remain subject to market conditions.
