GDF SUEZ SA -- Moody's assigns A3 rating to hybrid of GDF SUEZ SA; stable outlook
London, 02 June 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive A3 long-term rating to the EUR1 billion (3.0% coupon and 5 year first call date) and EUR1 billion (3.875% coupon and 10 year first call date) issuances of Undated Deeply Subordinated Fixed Rate Resettable Notes (the "Hybrid"), by GDF SUEZ SA ("GDF SUEZ"). The rating outlook is stable.
