London, 03 October 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned provisional (P)Baa3 ratings to approximately EUR80 million of senior secured bonds due 2041 (the "Project Bonds") to be issued by Société de la Rocade L2 de Marseille ("ProjectCo"), and to approximately EUR85 million of bonds due 2043 (the "FCT Bonds") to be issued by FCT Rocade L2 Marseille ("FCT"). The outlook on the ratings is stable. This is the first time Moody's has assigned a rating to ProjectCo and FCT.
