Consolidated Container Company LLC -- Moody's Revises Consolidated Container Company's Outlook to Negative; Affirms B3 CFR
New York, June 03, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) revised Consolidated Container Company LLC's (CCC) outlook to negative from stable and affirmed the B3 corporate family, B3-PD probability of default and instrument ratings. The revision of the outlook to negative reflects expectations that credit metrics may remain weak even as the company focuses on executing its plan to improve profitability.
