Commercial Metals Company -- Moody's Changes CMC's Outlook to Stable; Ba1 CFR Affirmed
New York, June 28, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") revised Commercial Metals Company's (CMC) outlook to stable from negative. The Ba1 Corporate Family Rating (CFR), Ba1-PD Probability of Default rating, the Ba2 senior unsecured note rating and the SGL-2 Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating were all affirmed.
