New York, May 03, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service commented that The Clorox Company's announced acquisition of Renew Life Holding Corporation is credit positive, but has no effect on the company's ratings. On May 3, 2016, Clorox announced it had acquired Renew Life, a producer of digestive wellness supplements, for approximately $290 million.
