Carlstar Group LLC (The) -- Moody's downgrades Carlstar's CFR to B3; outlook is stable
New York, July 15, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") downgraded Carlstar Group LLC's ("Carlstar") Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to B3 from B1 and Probability of Default Rating (PDR) to B3-PD from B1-PD. Concurrently, Moody's downgraded the senior secured notes rating to Caa1 from B2. The rating outlook is stable.
