America Movil S.A.B. de C.V. -- Moody's assigns A2 rating to America Movil's up to EUR 3 billion exchangeable bonds; stable outlook
New York, May 20, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today assigned an A2 global scale rating to America Movil S.A.B. de C.V.'s proposed issuance for up to EUR 3 billion in exchangeable bonds maturing in 2020. The unsecured, unsubordinated bonds will be exchangeable for ordinary shares of Koninklijke KPN N.V., where America Movil has a 21% equity participation. The outlook on the ratings is stable.
