DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 2005--Furmanite, a worldwide technical and engineering services company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Xanser Corporation (NYSE:XNR), recently announced a five-year, strategic agreement with Exelon Corporation for on-line leak sealing and safety valve testing services.
