Westport Innovations Prices 6 Mln Shares Offering At $25.39/Shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Westport Innovations Inc. (WPT.TO, WPRT) said it has priced its 6.0 million common shares of offering in the U.S. and Canada at $25.39 a share, for gross proceeds of $152.34 million. Further, the underwriters were granted an option to buy an additional 900,000 shares at the offering price during the period ending 30 days from the date of Westport's final prospectus supplement filed in connection with the offering. If the option is exercised in full, the offering's gross proceeds would total $175.19 million.

Morgan Stanley, Jefferies and Deutsche Bank Securities are the joint bookrunners for the offering. Other underwriters are RBC Capital Markets, Lake Street Capital Markets and Craig-Hallum Capital Group. The common shares issued under the offering would be listed on The NASDAQ Global Select Market. The offering may close on or about October, 1, 2013.
