Vodafone Australia Calls on Callidus TrueComp Enterprise to Power Its Dealer Channel Commissions
SAN JOSE, Calif., May 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Callidus Software Inc. , the industry leader in Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM), today announced that Vodafone Australia, a 100% owned subsidiary of Vodafone Group Plc , the world's leading mobile telecommunications company, selected the TrueComp(R) Enterprise solution by Callidus Software to manage incentive compensation programs for its dealers in Australia. Under the terms of the agreement, Vodafone Australia will be able to use the Callidus modules TrueComp Manager, TrueInformation(TM) and TrueResolution(R) for its 3,500 payees in Australian dealerships.
The software provides proper audit and controls for compliance requirements and reduced operating expense. It also allows Vodafone Australia to achieve faster time-to-market with new products and compensation changes. "Callidus Software was clearly our number one choice for the solution," explained Dave Boorman, Vodafone Australia's CFO. "Callidus is already playing an important role for mobile operators in other markets, which provided us with confidence in their ability to provide outstanding products and services that our business demands." Continued Dave Boorman, "Vodafone is a major player in the Australian mobile communications market and our decision to enhance our commission system by employing technology from Callidus Software will help us deliver on this promise to our dealers and customers."

The Callidus Software solution will standardize business processes and software across the company to keep teams aligned with business objectives, help drive revenue and optimize profitability. Employees of Vodafone Australia will enjoy the advantages of TrueComp, which substitutes costly and time-consuming manual efforts with the automation afforded by the market's leading EIM software solution, all while aligning Vodafone Australia's incentive compensation with its business goals.
"Vodafone Australia recognizes the value of aligning incentive compensation with corporate strategy, affording them a strategic advantage in a fiercely competitive environment," said Robert Youngjohns, president and CEO of Callidus Software.
