Verizon To Resell Equinix Colocation And Interconnection Services

(RTTNews) - Verizon Enterprise Solutions and Equinix announced that Verizon has agreed to resell Equinix colocation and interconnection services around the globe. Verizon said the reseller agreement enables the company to pair colocation and interconnection services in Equinix International Business Exchange data centers around the globe with Verizon's security, network and advanced communications services to enable enterprises to build hybrid cloud solutions and gain quick access to a multi-cloud environment.

Verizon will sell Equinix colocation and interconnection services as part of larger, integrated customer engagements with an emphasis on pairing colocation services with Verizon security, network and advanced communications services.

Equinix will provide Verizon with colocation and interconnection services. Additionally, in December 2016, Verizon agreed to sell certain data center sites to Equinix.
