Frankfurt am Main, 23.04.2018 - VERIANOS Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN: DE000A0Z2Y48) has attracted Deutsche Mittelstandsanleihen Fonds (German mid-cap corporate bond fund; ISIN: LU0974225590) managed by KFM Deutsche Mittelstand AG as an investor for its current bond issue.

The fund with a size of ca. EUR 72.5m invest primarily in selected corporate bonds of German small to mid-sized companies.

The recent KFM-Mittelstandsanleihen-Barometer assesses the 6.50% VERIANOS corporate bond as "attractive" (4 of 5 possible scoring points).The reasons given for this positive appraisal are the solid capital resources of the company, the compliance with the Best Practice Guide of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on capital service coverage, debt and capital structure as well as the positive outlook for the business years 2018 and beyond.
