URS Corp. FY13 Sees FY13 Revenues Below View - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - URS Corporation (URS) Wednesday reported said it has forecast full-year 2014 earnings in the order of $3.20 to $3.30 per share, with cash EPS ranging between $4.16 and $4.26 per share.

Revenues are projected at approximately $11.0 billion. Analysts currently expect the company to report full-year earnings of $4.32 per share on revenues of $11.37 billion.

Fourth quarter financial performance was affected by execution issues in the Oil & Gas Division, project delays caused, by the residual effects of lower than expected natural gas prices and pipeline capacity.

"Notwithstanding these unanticipated operational shortcomings, revenues for our Oil & Gas Division were $2.2 billion, in line with our expectations, and the business is well positioned for the future, " Martin Koffel, Chairman and CEO.
