Universal Display Posts Q3 Profit - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Universal Display Corp. (OLED) Thursday reported third-quarter profit of $5.5 million or $0.12 per share, compared to a loss of $5.5 million or $0.12 per share in the same period last year.

On average, 13 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.04 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues increased to $32.8 million from $12.5 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $21.75 million.

Looking ahead, the company has raised its full-year revenues outlook to a range of $142 million to $144 million, up from its prior guidance of reaching the high end of its $110 million to $125 million range. Analysts currently expect full-year revenues of $21.75 million.
