U.S. Bank Names Lisa Glover Director of Community Development and Fair Lending

Glover joined the bank in Des Moines, Iowa in 1986 and held avariety of positions before being named the community developmentoutreach officer for the Des Moines market in 1992. In 1994, shejoined the corporate compliance group in Milwaukee and was chargedwith the development and implementation of a corporate-wide fairlending program. In 1996, CRA program management was added to herduties and she managed the community development risk managementdepartment, overseeing community development and fair lendingcompliance across the corporation. She most recently served as interimdirector of community development.

Glover is a graduate of Iowa State University, with a degree infinance, and has recently pursued her teaching certification in thearea of adaptive education. She is a member of the Consumer BankersAssociation Fair Lending Committee, is an instructor in the areas ofCRA and fair lending for the Wisconsin Bankers Association, and hasbeen an active tutor for students with special needs.

Glover lives in Waukesha, Wis. with her husband and two sons.
