TSYS Buys Remaining Stake In TSYS Managed Services EMEA JV - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Columbus, Georgia-based TSYS (TSS) Monday said it acquired the remaining 45 percent stake in TSYS Managed Services EMEA joint venture from The Merchants Group Limited, a Dimension Data company.

TSYS Managed Services, now a wholly owned subsidiary of TSYS, focuses on providing outsourced business process and contact-centre services and support to TSYS' international clients.

TSYS Managed Services EMEA, which was formed in 2006 as a joint venture between TSYS and Dimension Data, provides customer service, fraud risk management and strategy, collections, disputes management and back-office and help-desk services for TSYS' clients through outsourced contact centres.
