Triumph Group Completes Acquisition Of General Donlee Canada Inc. - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Triumph Group, Inc. (TGI) said it has completed its previously announced acquisition of General Donlee Canada Inc. (GDI.TO). Triumph acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of General Donlee for CDN$5.50 per share in cash.

The company said the acquired business will operate as Triumph Gear Systems-Toronto and will be included in the Aerospace Systems Group. The business is expected to add about $60.0 million in annual revenue and to be immediately accretive to earnings.

Commenting on General Donlee, Triumph said it is based in Toronto, Canada and it manufactures precision machined products for the aerospace, nuclear and oil and gas industries. Key customers include GE Aviation and Bell Helicopter.
