The J. M. Smucker Company Reports 42% Rise In Q3 Earnings

(RTTNews) - The J. M. Smucker Company (SJM) revealed earnings for its third quarter that rose compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $246.0 million, or $2.05 per share. This was up from $173.3 million, or $1.70 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 36.8% to $1.97 billion. This was up from $1.44 billion last year.
