TeleTech Holdings Q3 Profit Down, Cuts FY13 Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - TeleTech Holdings Inc. (TTEC) Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $17.64 million or $0.34 per share, down from $28.43 million or $0.52 per share in the same period last year.

On average, seven analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.40 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues increased to $297.0 million from $286.3 million last year. Adjusted revenues for the quarter was $305 million. Analysts expected revenues of $309.36 million.

Operating expenses increased to $271.03 million from $258.91 million last year.

Looking ahead, the company currently projects full-year revenues in the range of $1.175 billion to $1.185 billion, down from its prior guidance range of $1.215 billion to $1.240 billion. Analysts currently expect full-year revenues of $1.22 billion.
