Superior Industries Names Interim Co-CEOs - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Superior Industries International, Inc.(SUP) Thursday said it has named Margaret Dano as the company's new chairman, succeeding Steven Borick, who will retire from the post including chief executive officer's, effective March 31, 2014.

While the board is on the look out for a new chief executive, its two executive vice presidents, Michael J. O'Rourke and Kerry. Shiba will play the role of interim co-Chief Executive Officers.

Margaret Dano, the new chairman has served on Superior Industries' board since January 2007 and was the lead director since 2010.Prior to joining Superior, Dano had held senior management positions at units of Honeywell International, Avery Dennison, Black and Decker and General Electric.
