Sprint Chief Service Officer, Bob Johnson, Talks to Customers During Live Web Chat

Bob Johnson, chief service officer at Sprint (NYSE:S) will be the guest for a live online chat on October 13 at 2 p.m. CT. The chat, open to anyone who registers at http://community.sprint.com/, will focus on the gains Sprint has made in overall customer experience and the company’s future service enhancement initiatives.

Johnson will take both live and pre-submitted questions during the hour-long chat. Questions may now be submitted at buzz-admin@sprint.com.

"Because we’ve been working hard over the last 20 months to provide a great customer experience, our efforts are definitely paying off now,” said Johnson. "We are seeing the proof in third-party surveys and we’re steadily catching the competition. I’m looking forward to sharing those improvements during the online chat and also answer questions about what we’re continuing to do to resolve customer issues and provide great customer service overall.”
