Skanska: Report from Skanska's Annual Shareholder's Meeting
At Skanska AB's (STO:SKAB) Annual Shareholder's Meeting inStockholm today, the decisions included the following:
In accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal, a dividend ofSEK 4.50 (2005: 4.00), together with an extraordinary dividend of SEK2.00, was approved. The record date for the dividend is April 4, 2006.
The Meeting reelected Sverker Martin-Lof, Roger Flanagan, UlrikaFrancke, Jane F. Garvey, Stuart Graham, Finn Johnson and Anders Nyrenas members of the Board of Directors.
Curt Kallstromer and Lars Pettersson were elected as new Boardmembers to replace Soren Gyll and Arne Martensson, who declinedreelection.
Curt Kallstromer is a vice president at Svenska Handelsbanken ABand a Board member of Indutrade AB, Thomas Concrete Group AB, SBC AB,Massfastigheter AB, Stockholmsmassan AB and Umea School of Economics.
Lars Pettersson is the President of Sandvik AB and a Board memberof Sandvik AB, the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries andthe Royal Institute of Technology.
Sverker Martin-Lof was reelected as Chairman of the Board ofDirectors.
