SAGE Therapeutics Prices IPO At Top End Of Range

(RTTNews) - SAGE Therapeutics, Inc. said Thursday that it has priced its initial public offering of 5 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $18.00 per share, before underwriting discounts, which is the top end of its previously estimated range of $17.00 to $18.00 per share.

SAGE has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock from the company at the public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.

The company's shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on Friday, July 18 under the ticker symbol "SAGE."
