RAIT Financial Trust Profit Climbs 269% In Q3

(RTTNews) - RAIT Financial Trust (RAS) revealed earnings for its third quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $10.75 million, or $0.12 per share. This was higher than $2.91 million, or $0.03 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 11.7% to $43.24 million. This was down from $48.95 million last year.
